As well as being a veteran of the United States Air Force, Jackie holds 20+ years of Business and Administrative experience. Jackie is your point of contact for all business related questions, which includes, but is not limited to, invoicing, payments and bookkeeping.

Maureen Renda
Health Services Director
Maureen has been a Registered Nurse for 30+ years. She recently relocated to Texas from North Carolina. Maureen builds resident care plans and works in partnership with resident physicians, our Executive Director and family to ensure the most comprehensive and cohesive care is provided. Maureen is your contact for all healthcare related questions and concerns.

Emilia Mondragon

Emilia, a registered nurse since 2018, holds a Master's of Science in nursing from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. After graduating, she relocated to Texas with her family. Her diverse experience spans clinical research, cardiology, oncology, and hospice care. Emilia is currently pursuing advanced training as a nurse practitioner in psychiatry at Texas A&M University. Outside of work and studies, she finds joy in hosting loved ones, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.

Laura, originally from California, relocated to Houston in 2000 before settling in Dallas in 2016. Her journey into senior care began in 2013 when she started volunteering in Life Enrichment and Memory Care. Laura discovered her passion for enriching the lives of seniors through these experiences and decided to pursue it professionally. Her dedication and love for her work shine through in her commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors every day.

Jeremiah recently relocated to Texas from Southern California. He has a diverse background in construction and maintenance. Jeremiah is your point person for any physical plant questions or concerns!

Samantha Hankerd
Chief Marketing Officer
Serving at the helm of Magnolia Sales and Marketing, is Samantha our Chief Marketing Officer. Samantha has held a lifelong passion for seniors which was ignited through personal family experience in her early adolescence, when her grandfather suffered a stroke. This led to a family business rooted in advocacy for Seniors, which inspired Samantha to jump into the Assisted Living and Memory Care space in her own right. Samantha brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience within the senior healthcare industry.
Samantha has expertise in relationship development, corporate and community level branding and driving creative sales and marketing solutions utilizing cutting edge technology and strategic partnerships.
Samantha considers herself a Texan, but grew up in Arizona and Southern California, where she completed her B.A. in Communications from California State University Long Beach. She lives in North Dallas with her husband and two children.
